摘要
食品化学是高职高专食品类专业的一门重要专业基础课程。针对食品化学课程特点,以激发学生的学习兴趣和热情、提高学生的专业素质为方向,从科学安排教学内容、改进教学方法和手段、完善课程考核评价等方面对食品化学课程的教学改革进行了探索式研究。
Food Chemistry is a very important basic professional course of the food specialty in vocational higher education. According to the characteristics of the course and aiming at stimulating students' learning interest and enthusiasm and elevating their professional quality, this paper studies the educational reform from the following aspects: scientific arrangement of contents, improvement of teaching methods and measures, and perfection of course assessment.
