高职房地产经营与估价专业课程体系研究

Research on the professional curriculum system of Real Estate Operation and Valuation in vocational higher education

房地产经营与估价是理论性和实践性并重的课程,如何使课程教学真正达到培养学生专业技能的目的,课程体系设计必须结合房地产经营与估价专业人才培养的目标,进行宽基础、多能力的理论课程体系设计、实践技能训练体系设计。本文围绕高职房地产经营与估价专业人才培养模式中的课程设置、实践教学以及实训实习基地建设等问题进行了探讨。

Real Estate Operation and Valuation is a course in which theory and practice are equally important. The curriculum design should comply with the cultivation aim by implementing the theoretical curriculum design and the practical skill training system design. This paper discusses the problems of curriculum design, practical teaching and construction of practical training bases.
