建立血液预警系统可监控临床输血,减少输血不良反应和输血传播疾病,保证输血质量和安全。通过对血液预警系统定义、建立我国血液预警系统必要性的分析,认为需完善我国相关立法,规范报告方式和报告内容,制定血液预警系统文件化程序,建立有效的反馈系统并整合统一的信息网络。

The establishment of the haemovigilanee system is to monitor clinical transfusion, reduce the adverse reactions and disease caused by blood transfusion and ensure quality and safety of blood transfusion. On the basis of analyzing the definition of haemovigilance system and necessity of establishing the haemovigilance system, this paper holds that we should perfect the relevant legislations, standardize the reporting procedures of the system, establish the effeetive feedback system and integrate a unified information network.
