水杨酸对废电池胁迫下小麦幼苗渗透调节的影响

摘要 研究不同浓度水杨酸(SA)处理对废电池胁迫下小麦幼苗渗透调节物质的影响。结果表明,废电池胁迫下,小麦幼苗体内的可溶性蛋白含量下降,脯氨酸和丙二醛(MDA)含量升高,电导率增大,膜稳定性降低,质膜通透性明显增大,显示出一定的毒害效应;低浓度(≤50 mg/L)的外源SA处理能够明显增强废电池胁迫下小麦幼苗对废电池的抗性,改善多项指标,其中50 mg/L处理效果最好。说明低浓度SA能通过增强小麦的渗透调节能力,减轻废电池胁迫,缓解废电池对小麦幼苗的抑制和毒害作用,高浓度SA(≥50 mg/L)缓解作用降低。 The effects of different concentrations of salicylic acid(SA) on osmoregulation of wheat seedling under used batteries stress were investigated.The results showed that wheat seeding demonstrated some toxic effect under used batteries stress with the content of soluble proteins decreased,contents of MDA and proline increased,conductivity enhanced and membrane permeability increased.The treatment with lower concentration of SA(≤50 mg/L) significantly improved many indexes of seedling under the used batteries stress,the optimum concentration of SA was 50 mg/L.It suggest that lower concentration of SA could relieve used batteries stress by enhancing osmotic adjustment ability of wheat seeding,reduce inhibition and toxicity,but the relieving effect was lowered under higher concentration of SA.
