摘要
为了探索空间诱变环境对紫花苜蓿生理生化活动的影响,本研究分别利用分光光度计和聚丙烯酰胺垂直板电泳法对卫星搭载紫花苜蓿过氧化物同工酶酶带及酶浓度进行研究。结果表明,经过卫星搭载后,紫花苜蓿过氧化物酶活性提高18%,这可能是由于种子在飞行过程中受到重粒子辐射、微重力、极端温度等特殊环境刺激,使得种子内部活性氧大量累积,从而导致过氧化物酶活性上调。同时电泳结果还发现,搭载后过氧化物酶酶带发生显著变化,表现为新酶带的增加,这表明空间飞行因子不仅可以刺激酶活性的上调,还可以改变酶组成。这一发现初步揭示了卫星搭载对苜蓿酶活动的影响,有助于增加对苜蓿空间诱变效应的认识。
To explore the effect of space flight factors on the physiology activity of alfalfa seedlings,the activity and band pattern of peroxidase were analyzed in this study.The results showed that the activity of peroxidase of flight seedlings increased 18% than that of ground control,which might be activated by the accumulations of active oxygen induced by space flight factors.Moreover,the band pattern of peroxidase was also changed after the space flight and new bands were observed in the band pattern of peroxidase of flight seedlings.
