采用 Linear公司的 L T1 0 2 5和德州仪器公司的 TIL 3 0 0 / A研制开发了一种高集成度热电偶温度变送器 .该变送器由冷端补偿电路、线性化电路、光电耦合电路和隔离电源等部分组成 ,具有精度高、体积小等优点 ,可实现电源、输入、输出三端隔离 ,且传输非线性度 <0 .2 5% .

The LT1025 by Linear and TIL300/A by TI are adopted to develop a kind of thermo electric coupler temperature transducer with high integration.Such transducer is composed of cold junction compensation circuit,linear circuit,optical coupling circuit and isolation power etc,which has such advantages as high accuracy and small size.The transducer can make three ports of power,input and output isolated,and the degree of transmitting non linearity is less than 0.25%.
