摘要
玻璃温室的结构设计直接影响到玻璃温室的制造成本、运行成本以及整体性能 ,其中室内温度和湿度等的控制方法是温室设计的关键 .为实现钢结构玻璃温室的国产化 ,结合我国气候条件 ,设计了一种新型玻璃温室 .该玻璃温室的顶窗开启、内外遮阳及加温降温系统均由微机控制 ,其骨架采用轻型钢结构 ,通过有限元分析软件对主要构件格沟梁的强度计算表明 ,其格沟梁的最大应力和最大变形满足强度和刚度要求 .
Pane greenhouses structure design affect directly its creation cost,use cost and entire properties,one of the design keys is the control method of temperature and humidity.In order to realize nationalization of steel strueture pane greenhouse and combine our country climate condition,a new type pane greenhouse was designed.Its framework was made of light steel and its top windows opening,inner and outer shading,temperature ascending and descending were controled by computer.The fact proved that main strueture heams,strongth and stiffness were statisfied with requirement by means of FEM analysis software.
