城乡统筹视角下的农村金融体系建设和发展研究

Research of Rural Financial System Construction and Development under the Integrated Urban and Rural Perspective

我国现阶段的农村金融体系存在不健全和低效问题,主要体现在农村金融供给不足,难以满足农村经济发展的需要。究其根本,城乡经济发展的不平衡是其主要原因,其不但导致城乡金融二元结构的形成,而且还进一步加剧了农村金融抑制。本文基于城乡统筹发展的视角,通过分析我国农村金融的现状,探讨重构农村金融体系的举措,以有效促进农村经济社会的发展。

The present stage of our rural financial system is not perfect and has many inefficient problems. These problems mainly reflect that the inadequate supply of rural finance is hard to meet the needs of rural economic development. The main reason is the imbalance of urban and rural economic development. It not only brings about urban and rural finance dual structure formation, but also exacerbates the rural financial repression. Based on the perspective of integrated urban and rural development, through the analysis of China＇s rural financial situation, this paper explores the reconstruction of rural financial system so that to promote the development of rural economy and society effectively.
