摘要
针对传统磁性目标探测器在小型化和微功耗方面存在的不足,提出了基于磁阻式传感器HMC1052的微功耗磁性目标探测器设计,并给出了具体的实现方案;提出了利用信号时域特征来检测磁性目标的方法并设计了用于提高信噪比的信号预处理算法;通过实验标定出探测器的灵敏度和噪声分别是14.4μV/nT和14.2μV/nT及12nT,使用基于三轴亥姆霍磁线圈的半实物仿真系统和地面运动的汽车对探测器的目标识别能力进行测试,结果说明探测器具有较强的识别能力;功耗测试结果表明探测器可以在电池供电情况下工作较长时间;探测器具有微功耗、高精度、体积小和实时目标检测等优点,可以应用于近距离磁性目标探测。
Aim to the shortage of the traditional Detector for magnetism object on miniaturization and micro--power consumption, a mi- cro- power consumption Detector for magnetism object based on HMC1052 is designed and the way of realization is also given. Based on the character of signal at time domain , a method for dectecting ferrous object is induced . Arithmetic used for improving the SNR is designed. The sensitivity and noise of the magnetoresistive sensor is 14.2V/nT ensured through experiment and the noise is 12nT. The ability of dect- ecting ferrous object is tested through the emulation system based on Helmholtz coils and the moving vehicle. The result of the test proves the high performance of the Detector. The outcome of the power dissipation test is that the Detector can work long time under power supply of battery. The excellences of micro--power consumption, high resultion, small cubage and real--time detecting make the Detector widely used.
