摘要
对于互联系统而言电磁干扰主要是以传导干扰的形式经线缆端口作用到系统内部电路的;为研究传导干扰信号不同波形参数对数字电路的作用规律,以某典型的设备电路为试验对象,基于PSpice仿真软件将波形参数可调的典型信号波形注入到数字电路端口,得到了不同的波形参数包括频率、幅值、脉宽和上升下降时间对电路的作用规律,并结合机理分析提出了能够产生与原传导干扰信号相同干扰效应且易于工程实现的等效信号波形;仿真结果说明受试电路的敏感波形参数分别为频率、幅值和脉宽,传导干扰主要作用于后级电路而非前级电路,提出以等幅正弦波作为阻尼衰减振荡的等效波形,通过仿真验证了两波形之间的等效性。
EMP interference coupled by cable is the main approach to import EMI for the systems connected by cable. The conducted EMI affects the inner circuits of the systems under test through the cable's ports. In order to study the effects of conducted interference signals on digital circuits, we choose digital circuits from some equipment and use PSpice to inject some representative waveforms whose parameters can be changed conveniently into the digital circuits' ports. The effects of different waveform parameters including frequency, amplitude, pulse width and rise/fall time on the digital circuits are gained. In order to gain easier waveform, the equivalent waveform whose interference effects are the same as the former waveform is proposed by theory analysis. Finally validate the equivalence between the two waveforms by simulation.
