摘要
文章试图借鉴英国土木工程师学会最新编制的 工程施工合同”中关于监理工程师的定义和职责 ,就我国监理工程师目前在工程项目管理中的定位与作用提出一些建议。
Based on the concept of Supervisor' described in the Engineering and Construction Contract prepared by ICE, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the proper role and function of supervision engineers in the present project management activities in China.Y|
