沿海省份欠发达城镇体系化路径——以南平市为例

Study on the Idea of the Urban System of Less Developed City in the Coastal Province:A Case Study of Nanping

位于沿海省份福建省内陆山区的南平市发展面临被边缘化的不利局面,城镇体系发展方面更是存在不少困惑,急需在战略高度上形成完善的城镇体系规划。此文在分析研究城市发展各项决定因素后,在优化空间结构、充分利用交通条件、积聚城市发展资源等方面,提出了"开拓通道,多极推动,整合资源,集聚发展"的沿海地区欠发达城镇体系化发展路径的思路,提出构建"双心、双轴、多核、网络化"的市域城镇体系空间结构。

Nanping which is in the inland mountain area in Fujian province is now facing the unfavorable situation of being marginalized. There is a lot of confusion about the planning for the development of urban system. Nanping needs the urban system planning in the strategic view. This paper firstly analyzes the determinants of urban development. Then in the aspect of optimizing the spatial structure, full use of transportation and accumulating resources for urban development, it proposes the idea of the urban system of less developed city in the coastal province： ＂opening up the channels, promotion on multi-lever, integration the resources, development in clusters＂. And we propose the establishment of the spatial structure of urban system of Nanping ：＂dualcore, dual-axis, multi-clusters, networking ＂.
