以“用”促“保”——丽江宝山石头城保护实践

Promoting "Protection" through "Using":A Case Study of Lijiang Baoshan Stone Town

该文针对以丽江宝山石头城为代表的偏远古村落在保护中遇到的资金短缺、保护措施难以落实,以及村民改善生活环境的需求与遗产保护之间存在的矛盾等问题,提出"以用促保"是传统聚落可持续发展的有效途径。并通过在宏观——中观——微观三个层面建立"保"的等级及相应"用"程度的确定,达到"用"与"保"的良性循环,使传统聚落在得到全面保护的同时展现出其在新时期背景下旺盛的生命力。

To solve the problems that remote ancient villages met in the process of protecting such as shortage of funds, protection measures dif ficult to implement, and the contradiction between the demand of improving the living environment from the villagers and the requirement of p rotecting heritage, this paper chooses Lijiang baoshan stone town as a representative, presents that ＂Protect through using＂ is an effective way of sustainable development for traditional settlements. Through establishing the level of ＂protection＂ and the corresponding level of the degree of ＂＂use＂ through the three aspects of Macro, medium and microscopic, in the purpose of achieving the benign circulation between ＂use＂＂ and ＂p rotection＂, it made the traditional settlements to show vigorous vitality in the new period at the same time of getting overall protection.
