摘要 变径灌注桩创立了桩基新的施工方法和新的计算理论。施工 :靠《电脑 +传感器 +振动锤》组合而成的振动杆自动控制系统来完成 ;计算 :直接采用库仑公式计算。在制桩过程中给桩设置一个垫层将桩端和孔壁压缩 ,使桩身砼质量得到保证。在设计荷载下 ,变径灌注桩垫层内剪应力等于零 ,桩顶沉降恒小于 5.0mm。彻底实现了一桩一份档案 ,10 0 %检测 ,10 0 %合格。 Variant section cast in situ pile creats a new construction method and calculation theory in piling.As for the construction wooks,an automatic system of vibrating rod system composed of computer-riansducel vibrating hammer is adopted and for the calculating theory,Coulomb's fomula is used dicectly.In the process of pile installation,a cushion is placed beneath the pile tip for compacting the aoil below and around the pile hole and the quality of concrete in pile can be assured.Under the design load,the inner Atshear stoess in the cuchion should be equal to zero and the settlement of the pile top alwsays keep lesa than 50mm.Thecefore,fully monitored record is obtained for each installed pile and the quality of pile can be 100% guaranteed.
