摘要
开展学生满意度研究是西方评价高等教育服务质量、服务水平的重要内容,近年在我国也受到重视。采用问卷调查的方式,以武汉大学、华中科技大学、中国科学院武汉分院等高校与科研院所2 000名研究生为调查对象,开展了对研究生教育改革、导师、教学、德育、管理与服务的满意度调查。根据调查结果,提出了提升研究生满意度的建议与对策:以质量为生命线,稳步推进研究生教育改革与发展;推进导师负责制,全面发挥导师育人功能;加强实践教育环节,提高研究生工作的实效性;突出重点,着力解决研究生的实际问题。
Study on student's satisfaction is very important to evaluate the quality of higher educa- tional service in the west, to which China has attached importance in recent years. This paper makes an empirical study on satisfaction of reform of postgraduate education, tutor, teaching, moral education, administration and services from graduates in ten universities and scientific research institutes in Hubei Province. Based on the result, this paper puts forward some relevant countermeasures on how to pro- mote student's satisfaction, such as quality is the core and postgraduate education should be implemented steadily; it is essential to develop the supervisor responsibility system; practical education should be strengthened so as to improve the actual effect of postgraduate education and teaching and finally top priority should be given to work out the practical problems for postgraduates.
