The Fate and Creation of Lan-ling Xiaos in Northern Qi Dynasty

萧梁年间,部分兰陵萧氏文人以各种原因北迁入齐。他们出身皇族,文化素养较高,入北后政治上受礼遇,文化上获信赖,生活优游安宁,文学活动频繁。通过与本土文人的持续交流和相互影响,形成了既保有南朝精巧工致特征而又兼收北方清新之气的独特文风。由于萧氏及其作品的出现,在北齐文坛上引起一些文学讨论,推动了南北文风融合,为文学发展作出了独特贡献。

In the Liang Dynasty, part of Lan Ling Xiao ＇ s literati moved into Northern QI due to various reasons. They born in the royal family, have higher cultural quality. In the Northern QI ,they favored on the political, depended on culture, living a peace and wealthy life and engaged in frequent literary activities. Through continuous communication and interaction with the local literati, they formed a unique style, which is both delicate from Southern Dynasties and fresh from Northern Dynasties. Because of their presence, a number of literary discussions appear on the Northern Qi Dynasty. On the whole, they promoted the amalgamation of North-South literary style and made a unique contribution for the development of literature.
