愈脐胎毒清在新生儿肠闭锁术后胃肠功能恢复的疗效观察

Clinical observation on recovery of post-operative gastrointestinal function treating neonatal intestinalatresia by ＂Taiduqing＂ umbilicus therapy

目的应用愈脐胎毒清于围手术期，观察其对新生儿先天性肠闭锁术后胃肠功能恢复的影响。方法将100例先天性肠闭锁术后患儿随机分成对照组和观察组各50例，对照组采用常规西医基础治疗，观察组在对照组的基础上加用愈脐胎毒清敷脐治疗，观察两组患儿肠鸣音恢复时间、肛门首次排气排便时间、术后腹胀及呕吐的发生率以评价两组患儿胃肠功能恢复情况。结果观察组有效率96．0％高于对照组的74．0％（P〈0．05）。观察组肠鸣音恢复时间、自然排气时间、自然排便时间均短于对照组垆〈0．05）。结论愈脐胎毒清敷脐能有效促进新生儿肠闭锁术后胃肠功能恢复，是新生儿腹部手术后胃肠功能恢复的良好方法。

Objective To explore the effect of ＂Taiduqing＂ Umbilicus Therapy on the recovery of the gas- trointestinal functions in Neonatal intestinal airesia. Methods 100 post - operative patients with Neonatal intestinal atresia were divided into two groups with 50 patients for each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine therapy while the experimental group was treated with conventional western medicine therapy plus ＂Taiduqing＂ to the Umbilicus therapy. Then we observed the differences in needed time for restoration of bowel sound, the natural exhaust and defecation, abdominal distension and vomiting rate to the recovery of gastrointestinal function were evaluated. Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 96.0% （48/50）, higher than that of the control group （74.0%） （P〈0. 05） .The experimental group was better than the control group in the recovery of bowel sounds, natural exhaust, naturaldefecation, etc （P〈O.05）. Conclusion ＂Taiduqing＂ Umbilicus Therapy can effectively promote the recovery of gas- trointestinal function after neonatal abdominal surgery.
