Analysis and investigation on application of antibacterial drug in I class incision operation

目的了解我院住院患者I类切口手术抗菌药物应用情况。方法随机抽取本院2011年I类切口手术病例215份，对抗菌药物使用率、用药类别、用药时间等情况进行统计分析。结果I类切口手术抗菌药物使用率为66％，药物包括5大类12个品种，术前用药65例，术前术后均用药142例。结论I类切口手术抗菌药物滥用情况较较严重，医院应加强管理。

Objective To understand the application status of antimicrobial agents in I class incision operation for patients in our hospital. Methods 215 cases having I class incision operation in 2011 were randomly sampled, the usage of antimicrobial drugs, medication, medication time classes were statistically analyzed. Results Incision operation usage rate of antibacterial drugs was 66%, including 12 varieties of 5 major categories, preoperative medication in 65 cases, both preoperative and postoperative medication in 142 cases. Conclusion The abuse situation ofantimicrobial drug in I class incision operation is quite serious, the hospital should strengthen the managements.
