布地奈德治疗小儿毛细支气管炎的疗效观察

Clinical analysis of therapeutic effect of Budesonide inhalation on pediatric capillary bronchitis

目的探究布地奈德对小儿毛细支气管炎的治疗效果。方法我院收治的98例毛细支气管炎患儿随机分为实验组和对照组各49例，两组患儿均接受抗感染、吸氧、镇静、止咳祛痰、沙丁胺醇吸人、利巴韦林静脉滴注等常规治疗，实验组加用布地奈德悬混液雾化吸入，观察两组患儿治疗效果，对两组患儿咳嗽、哮鸣音、湿罗音症状消失时间进行统计和比较。结果实验组患儿治愈率93．9％、咳嗽消失时间（5．1±1．5）d、哮呜音消失时间（3．3±1．1）d、湿罗音消失时间（4．8±1．6）d均优于对照组[85．7％，（6．0±1．7）d，（4．0±1．2）d，（6．0±1．7）d]（P〈0．05）。结论布地奈德悬混液雾化吸入对小儿毛细支气管炎有良好疗效，能有效缓解患儿咳嗽、憋闷、气促等症状，缩短冶疗时间，提高治愈率。

Objective To explore the treatment effect of budesonide inhalation on pediatric capillary bronchitis. Method 98 patients were divided into experimental and control group, all groups accepted synthetic conventional therapy including anti-infection, oxygen, cough relieving, salbutamol and ribavirin. Experimental group had additional budesonide inhalation. The 2 groups were observed on clinical symptoms including cough, wheezing sound, crackles, etc.Results Experimental group had a higher cure rate （93.9%） and shorter symptom extinction time of cough [（5.1±1.5） d], wheezing sound [（3.3± 1.1） d], crackles （4.8 ±1.6） d, better than those of control group [85.7%,（6.0±1.7）d,（4.0±1.2）d,（6.0±1.7）d]. Conclusion Budesonide inhalation has a confirm therapeutic effect on pediatric capillary bronchitis including improving oppressed breath, shortening the time of therapy and enhance the recovery rate.
