健脾补肾法治疗青春期功血的疗效观察

Observation on curative effect of spleen and kidney function method in adolescent blood treatment

目的探讨健脾补。肾中药方剂治疗青春期功血的临床效果。方法110例青春期功血患者作为研究对象，对照组给予孕激素和雌激素治疗，实验组给予健脾补肾汤治疗。结果实验组的痊愈率和总有效率（83．6％、98．2％）均高于对照组（76．4％、92．7％），但差异无显著性（P〉0．05）;实验组出血控制时间[（18．7±5．9）d]显著长于对照组[（15．3±3．6）d]（P〈0．05）;实验组一年复发率（3．6％）显著低于对照组（20．0％）（P〈0．05）。结论以健脾补肾为基本思路的中药治疗，虽然见效相对较慢，但其临床效果显著，而且可有效降低复发率，值得考虑。

Objective To study the clinical curative effect of Chinese Herbs Treatment of spleen and kidney for adolescent dysfunctional uterine bleeding. Methods 110 cases of adolescent patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding were selected as research objects, the control group was given progesterone and estrogen treatment, experimental group received the treatment of spleen and kidney soup. Results The total effective rate of experimental group and recovery were 83.6% and 98.2%, higher than those of control group （76.4%, 92.7%）, but no significant differences found （P^0.05）, bleeding control time in experimental group [（18.7 ± 5.9）d] was significantly slower than that in the control group[（15.3 ± 3.6）d] （P〈0.05）, year recurrence rate in experimental group （3.6%） was significantly lower than that in the control group （20. 0%） （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The spleen and kidney as the basic idea of the traditional Chinese medicine, in spite of the slow effective time, has significant clinical effect, and can effectively reduce the recurrence rate, which is worthy of consideration.
