摘要
目的探讨分析放射免疫分析法与电化学发光法检测血清HCG的效果。方法将我院检验科收治的100例患者分为异位妊娠50例、葡萄胎30例、绒癌20例三组,另取正常35例为对照组,使用放射免疫分析法与电化学发光法分别检测四组患者的血清HCG。结果放射免疫分析法的异位妊娠检测值最低,为80.1mlU/ml,电化学发光法的绒癌检测值最高,为978.9mlU/ml。患病三组检测值均高于对照组。电化学发光法检测的特异性为100%,高于放射免疫分析法(P〈0.05)。结论电化学发光法特异性高于放射免疫分析法,效果更显著。
Objective To investigate and analyze the effect of radioimmunoassay (RIA) and Chemiluminescence (CL) for the detection of serum HCG.Methods 100 cases from obstetrics and gynecology department were divided into 50 cases of ectopic pregnancy, 30 cases of hydatidiform mole, and 20 cases of choriocarcinoma in three groups, with other 35 cases of normal control group. The experiment took advantage of RIA and ECL to measure serum HCG of four groups. Resuhs Minimum detection value of RIA was ectopic pregnancy, 80.1 mlU/ml. Highest detection value of CL was choriocarcinoma, 978.9 mIU/ml.The detection value of three groups were higher than those of control group. Detection specificity of CL was 100%, higher than that of RIA(P〈0.05).Conclusion The specificity of ECL is higher than RIA and ELC with more significant effect.
