摘要 为预测在碰撞方向上所需的最小溃缩距离,分析了头部损伤HIC值的评分原理,用一个理想方波减速度曲线替代实际的碰撞减速度曲线,以GB/T24550—2009《汽车对行人的碰撞保护》中的头部碰撞损伤限值为目标控制参数,分析基于理想方波减速度曲线的发动机罩所需的最小溃缩距离,并通过试验验证了该方法的有效性。 To predict the required minimum collapse distance along impact direction, the scoring principle for the head injury criteria (HIC) is analyzed, and an ideal square wave deceleration curve is used to replace the actual impact deceleration curve. By taking the limit values of head injury criteria specified in GB/T24550--2009 The protection of motor vehicle for pedestrians in the event of a collision as objective control parameters, the mini- mum collapse distance for engine hood is analyzed based on the square wave deceleration curve. Finally the validity of the method is verified by tests.
