从难处理含砷金矿中湿法回收砷 被引量:7

Arsenic Recovery from Refractory As-bearing Gold Ore with Hydrometallurgy Process

摘要 测定了As2O3在稀硫酸中的溶解度和湿法收砷结晶出的As2O3粒度,考察了影响Na2S沉淀稀酸中As2O3的因素。结果表明,As2O3在60%稀硫酸中的溶解度最低;湿法收砷的As2O3平均粒度为25.13μm;在S/As=3.75、反应时间120min、常温和两步加料的条件下,Na2S沉淀As2O3效果最佳。并提出一种全新安全环保的湿法收砷工艺,以回收含砷难处理金矿中的砷。 Solubility of As2O3 in dilute sulfuric acid solution and grain size of As2O3 crystals generated from hydrometallurgy process was investigated,and the factors effecting As precipitation with Na2S were studied.The results show that minimum solubility of As2O3 is reached in dilute sulfuric acid with concentration of 60%,and average grain size of As2O3 crystals is about 25.13 μm.The optimum conditions for As2O3 precipitation with Na2S including S/As=3.75,reaction time of 120 min,ambient temperature,and two step charging of Na2S.A new,safe and environmental friendly hydrometallurgy process is put forward to recover As from refractory As-bearing gold ore.
