摘要
从热力学角度分析了从醋酸厂废水中循环回收碘的过程。在确定还原剂用量的基础上对影响碘的还原吸收效果的各因素进行试验,并从理论上进行分析。在最佳吸收工艺条件下:填料高度40cm,pH 6~7,吸收温度37℃左右,碘的吹出率可达到92%,吸收率为85%以上,提取的精碘纯度达99.5%以上。
The cycling iodine extracting process from iodine enrichment waste water of acetic acid factory was analyzed on the view of thermodynamics.The effects on iodine reduction absorption rate were tested on the base of ascertaining the amount of reductant dosage,and analyzed theoretically.The results show that the blowing rate of iodine reaches 92%,the absorption rate reaches 85% or more and the refined iodine grade is over 99.5% under the following optimum conditions: height of padding of 40 cm,pH 6-7 and absorption temperature of 37 ℃.
