摘要
制备了赤泥富钛渣,并通过单因素和正交试验考查了硫酸浓度、反应时间、反应温度对二氧化钛酸解率的影响。结果表明,影响二氧化钛酸解率因素的主次顺序为硫酸浓度、反应温度和反应时间。较佳酸化条件是反应温度180℃、反应时间140min和硫酸浓度95%,二氧化钛酸解率为96.32%。
The Ti-enriched slag was prepared,and the influence of sulfuric acid concentration,reaction time and reaction temperature on acidolysis rate of titanium dioxide were studied by single factor and orthogonal experiment.The results show that the factors sequenced according to the significant level were sulfuric acid concentration,reaction temperature and reaction time.The optimum acidification conditions including the reaction temperature of 180 ℃,reaction time of 140 min,and the sulfuric acid concentration of 95%,under these conditions,the acidolysis rate of titanium dioxide reaches 96.32%.
