摘要
对汽车制动摩擦原理以及制动摩擦热的产生机理和制动能量分配进行分析,研究温度场对树脂基摩擦材料的热衰退问题的影响机理,并通过配方的优化来提高制动摩擦材料的表面耐高温性能,通过扫描电镜观察试样在中高温下摩擦前后的表层微观形分析,研究高温时的摩擦磨损类型和成分变化。结果表明,优化后的摩擦材料各组分作用有效协同,摩擦系数稳定,同时有效地避免了摩擦磨损性能的高温热衰退,扩大了高温制动条件范围。
The mechanism of heat produced during braking and the distribution of braking friction heat were studied. Based on effect of temperature field on the problem and mechanism of heat fade of the resin -based friction materials were researched, got a optimized formulation, which have good performance on friction and wear specially the resistance to the elevated temperature by the constant speed test. Analyzed the microscopic patterns of superficial layers before and after friction at different temperatures by Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM),and discussing the change of manly contents and the mechanism of friction and wear of this new type of material. It results that, effectively, the new friction material avoid the heat re- cession of friction and wear property, expand the scope of high - temperature braking.
