基于高层梯队视角的企业竞争行为研究:一个理论框架

摘要 现有的动态竞争理论研究主要集中在企业高管人员和企业绩效之间的关系,忽视了人力资本特别是企业高层梯队人力资本和社会资本是如何影响企业竞争行为,进而影响企业绩效的。本文试图在高层梯队理论的基础上,建立一个分析企业内部高层梯队,包括CEO、高管团队(TMT)和董事会(BOD)成员的人力资本及社会资本、薪酬激励与企业竞争行为的关系的理论框架,揭示企业高层梯队的人力资本、社会资本通过企业竞争行为影响企业绩效的"黑匣子"。
