短时受精精卵共孵育时间对受精率的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨短时受精精卵共孵育时间对受精率的影响。方法170例行体外受精-胚胎移植(IVF—ET)患者常规促排卵,依据精卵共孵育时间分为短时受精组(A组:57例,精卵共孵育2~3h;B组:58例,精卵共孵育4~5h)和常规受精组(C组:55例,精卵共孵育18h);之后将卵子转移至新鲜培养基中。比较各组的受精率、卵裂率、优胚率、临床妊娠率、胚胎种植率。结果三组受精率分别为63.01%、71.43%和78.72%,各组间的差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);C组的卵裂率、优胚率均低于A组和B组;C组与A组的卵裂率[97.05%vs99.25%]、C组与B组的优胚率[37.14%vs44.42%]之间的差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05);各组间临床妊娠率、胚胎种植率差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论短时受精有助于提高卵裂率、优胚率,精印共孵育时间4~5h的受精率较2~3h高。 Objective To investigate effects of duration of sperm and egg co-incubation on the fertility rate in short time insemination. Methods 170 women undergoing in vitro fertilization - embryo transfer ( IVF-ET ) were divided into short-time insemination group ( group h 57 women, co-incubation for 2 h to 3 h; group 2:58 women, incubation for 4 h to 5 h )and routine insemination group ( group 3: 55 women, co-incubation for 18 h )based on duration of sperm and egg co-incubation. Then the oocytes were transferred to the fresh medium. The rates of fertility, cleavage, high-quality embryo, pregnancy, and implantation were compared among the groups. Results The fertility rate was 63.01%, 71.43%, and 78.72% in each group, with a significant difference ( P〈 0.05 ). The rates of cleavage and high-quality embryo were lower in group 3 than in groups 1 and 2. There were significant differences in the cleavage rate between group 3 and group 1 ( 97.05% vs. 99.25% )and in the high-quality embryo rate between group 3 and group 2 ( 37.14% vs. 44.42% )( P〈 0.05 ). There were no significant differences in the rates of pregnancy and implantation among the three groups ( P 〉 0.05 ). Conclusions Short-time insemination is beneficial for elevating the rates of the cleavage and high-quality embryo. The fertility rate of sperm and egg co-incubation for 4 h to 5 h is higher than that of co-incubation for 2 h to 3 h.
