38例睾丸扭转诊治

The diagnonsis and treatment of testicular torsion in 38 patients

目的探讨睾丸扭转的诊断与治疗。方法分析38例睾丸扭转病例的诊断与治疗临床资料。结果38确诊睾丸扭转行手术治疗，37例行患侧睾丸切除，1例保留睾丸并作固定术处理。随访24个月，38例无对侧无发生睾丸扭转，1例保留睾丸者未见出现睾丸萎缩或恶变。结论彩色多普勒超声能作为确诊睾丸扭转首选检查方法，睾丸扭转确诊后尽早手术治疗。对于缺血坏死的睾丸，不应盲目保留，要手术切除。以免影响日后生育。

Objective To investigate the diagnonsis and treatment of testicular torsion. Methods The clinical data on the diagnosis and treatment of 38 patients with testicular torsion were analyzed. Results Of all the patients receiving surgical treatment, 37 underwent surgical resection of the affected testicle, and the remaining one received testicular fixation without removal. In a follow-up of 24 months, no testicular torsion developed at the other side. No testicular atrophy or malignancy occurred in the reserved testicle. Conclusions Color Doppler ultrasonic examination can used as the first choice of diagnonsis method. Early surgical treatment is needed after establishment of the diagnosis of testicular torsion. The necrotic testis should not be blindly reserved and should be remove surgically, which is beneficial for fertility in the future.
