摘要
目的:研究亚低温对局灶性脑缺血小鼠梗死灶大小的影响。方法:取16只C57小鼠,用线栓法制作局灶性缺血模型,平均分为两组,一组行低温处理,一组处于室温下,缺血再灌注24 h行TTC染色,计算梗死体积。结果:低温处理的小鼠,脑梗死体积明显小于未处理的小鼠。结论:对局灶性脑缺血而言,低温具有保护作用。
Objective: To study the effect of the mild hypothermia on the infarct volume of the brain after the reperfusion of middle cerebral artery occlusion (MCAO) . Method: 16 C57 mice were divided into control group and mild hypothermia group, the mice in mild hypothermia group were induced MCAO and the skull temperature were kept at 33 - 35℃, control group were kept at 37℃ ,24 hours later, mice were killed and stained with TTC solution, calculate the infarct volume. Result:The infarct volume of the brain Of the mice in control group was larger than that of mild hypothermia group. Conclusion:Mild hypothermia has the protective effect at the MCAO model.
