26例宫内节育器异位的临床探讨

The clinical study of 26 cases of ectopic IUD

目的:探讨宫内节育器异位的发生原因及防治措施。方法:对2006年5月至2011年5月26例宫内节育器异位患者的临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果:26例宫内节育器异位患者经宫腔镜下取环、经腹取环、剖腹探查+经阴道取环、腹腔镜下取环等不同手术方法取出异位的节育器后,临床症状均全部消失。结论:严格遵守放置宫内节育器的手术适应症及禁忌症,提高计生人员的业务水平,术后定期随访,可减少并发症的发生,对宫内节育器异位应及时采用正确有效的治疗方法取出节育器。

Objective： To study the incidence of ectopic IUD causes and prevention measures. Methods： The retrospective analysis of clinical data of 26 patients of 26 cases of ectopic IUD from May 2006 to May 2011. Result： The clinical symp- toms of 26 ectopic IUD patients have completely disappeared after their IUD were taken out by uteroscope, celioscope, cut abdomen, abdomen and vagina, and other method. Conclusion：Strictly abide by the IUD insertion procedure indica- tions and eontraindications, to improve the operational level of family planning personnel, regular follow - up after surgery, reduce complications, the ectopic IUD use should be timely taken out by effective treatment.
