甲状腺功能亢进患者的围手术期护理体会

The Perioperative Nursing Care Experience of Hyperthyroidism Patients

目的:探讨甲状腺功能亢进病人围手术期有效的护理措拖。方法:对106例甲状腺功能亢进患者临床资料进行回顾性分析,所有患者均采取心理护理、生活护理、药物准备、一般护理、呼吸困难和窒息的护理、术后疼痛护理、甲状腺危象的护理、出院康复指导等多种有效的围手术期护理措施。结果:所有患者通过采取有效围手术期护理措施后均痊愈出院。结论:采取及时有效的多种围手术期护理措施是保证甲状腺功能亢进患者手术成功的重要环节。

Objective：To investigate the effective nursing intervention in peroperative period of hyperthyroidism patients. Methods ： All of the patients took the effective nursing intervention measures such as mental nursing, living nursing, medication preparation, general care, dyspneic and asphyctic nursing, ostoperative pain nursing, thyroid crisis nursing, recovery guide and so on, to retrospectively analyze the clinical datas of 106 paradigms of hyperthyroidism patients. Result： All of the patients were recovered and discharged from hospital after adopting the effective perioperative nursing intervention. Conclusion：To take a promptly effective perioperative nursing intervention is the significant link of ensuring the successful operation of hyperthyroidism patients.
