中国西部区域经济增长差异的因素分析——制造业省级面板数据的实证研究

Factor Analysis of the Differences of Economic Growth in China's Western Region:Empirical Research of Provincial Panel Data

采用中国西部1991—2010年制造业省级面板数据,实证分析西部制造业的产业集聚、西部开发战略、产业结构等因素对区域经济增长的影响,结果显示:2000年以来西部省份的产业集聚度的差异是造成区域差异的主要因素之一;西部开发战略的后续效应递减,特别是人才匮乏、产业结构不合理、基础设施水平低等问题凸显;西部各省份的经济发展方式的转变迫在眉睫。针对西部经济发展的不均衡现状提出了相应的解决措施。

Using the provincial panel data of manufacturing industry in Western China from 1991 to 2010, this paper analyzes the impact of the industry agglomeration, the western development strategy, the industrial structure and other factors on regional economic growth of the western manufacturing empirically. The results show that： the differences of the western provinces of industrial agglomeration degrees since 2000 is one of the main factors impac- ting on the regional differences; the follow-up effect of western development strategy is decline, especially the short- age of talents, unreasonable industrial structure and the poor infrastructure are apparent; the transformation of the economic development mode in western provinces is imminent. Finally puts forward the corresponding solutions.
