摘要
从改革护理管理体制,建立长效激励机制;改革护理工作模式,全面落实责任制整体护理;加强服务内涵建设,全面改善患者服务体验;构建科学管理机制,提高护理管理水平;建立多元化培训体系,强化护理队伍建设等方面,全面落实了优质护理,使患者、护士、医生及医院满意度显著提高。实践证明,开展优质护理不仅有利于护理质量的持续改进,也有利于整体医疗质量的全面提升。
We built up perfect and scientific management mechanisms, nursing staff increases effect incentive mechanism, job connotation construction mechanism, the diversified nursing team training mechanism, logistics guarantee mechanism etc. By reforming nursing management system and the nursing job pattern, we practiced the high quality nursing serves in all--direction. As a result, the patients＇, nurses＇, doctors＂ and our hospital＇s satisfaction degree in- creased evidently. It was proved that, the high grade nursing service was beneficial not only to nursing job, hut also to the overall medical quality.
