摘要
分析了门诊窗口等候时间长的原因,从定期监测窗口等候时间、合理开设窗口数量、强化岗位培训和职业道德教育、优化门诊服务流程等方面,总结了缩短门诊窗口等候时间的做法。
The number of service windows and configures were determined according to the outpatient quantity and built up area in general hospital. Waiting time of outpatient were monitored and analyzed. The measures of shortening waiting time of outpatient included strengthening on--job--training and occupation moral education, adjusting outpatient service procedure.
