结合"365无假日门诊"开设现状,指出假日门诊开设至少面临3个问题:如何节约门诊资源与能源,如何确保医务人员得到充分休息,如何提高患者就诊效率。提出了以下建议:科学决策开设科室和开设规模,合理安排开诊时间和出诊医师,合理规划诊室,确保服务质量,做好对外和对内宣传等。

Based on the status quo of the ＂365 clinic without holiday＂, the paper pointed out at least three problems faced by holiday＇s outpatient service： how to save the out--patient resources and energy, how to ensure that medical per- sonnel to get enough rest, and how to improve the efficiency of patient treatment. Furthermore, the following recom- mendations were suggested： scientific decision--making of departments and opened scale; reasonable arrangements for the clinic and physician visits; rational planning of clinics; to ensure the quality of service; and good external and internal publicity.
