摘要
对行政中层管理人员工作特性及绩效评价存在问题进行了分析,并综合360度反馈法、平衡积分卡以及"冰山理论"建立了行政中层管理人员绩效评价体系。
The paper analyzed the operating characteristics of the mid--level administrative staff and the current problems of performance evaluation, and integrated 360--degree feedback method, balanced score card and "iceberg theory" to establish a complete hospital mid--level administrative staff performance evaluation system.
