摘要
指出人为因素是造成ELISA检测结果偏差的主要原因。提出可采用核对措施对血液检测关键质量控制点进行质控,以减少人为失误。明确核对方法,强化人员培训,落实血液检测过程的核对,做好检测原始记录的核对等可确保血液检测质量。
The paper pointed out that the human factor is the main reason for the deviations of the ELISA results. The paper proposed to use verification measures to control key quality control points of blood test, in order to reduce human error. From clarifying the ways and means of verification, strengthening the training of personnel, implementing the before, during and after test verification and other aspects, the quality of the blood test can be ensured.
