摘要
质量档案管理是质量管理体系的重要组成部分。从建立健全管理体制、明确归档范围以及质量档案的归档及验收、档号编制、保存期限、保管、借阅、鉴定销毁、持续改进等方面,总结了质量档案管理实践。上述措施的落实,为质量管理体系的有效运行提供了支撑与保障。
The quality file management is an important part of the quality management system. The paper discussed the practice of quality file management from the aspects of establishment and improvement of the quality file management system, the filing, acceptance check, file preparation, shelf life, custody, lending, identification, destruction and contin- uous improvement of the files. The implementation of these measures ensures the effective management of the quality file, provides a guarantee for the effective operation of the quality management system.
