医疗成本管理是医院管理的重要内容。当前医院成本管理主要面临计量不标准、成本数据粗略、采集手段落后、信息化管理低下等问题。提出规范计量、精细管理、加强信息化建设等应对措施,取得明显成效。

Healthcare cost management is an important part of hospital management, and has positive effect on hospital＇s scientific development. The main barriers in cost management include measurements are not standard, costs data are coarse, data collection methods are behindhand, and informatization level of management is not enough. The paper analyzed the difficulties faced cost management in hospital and proposed effective countermeasures, such as normative measurement, fine management, and improving management informatization which made the obvious effect.
