剖宫产术后预防下肢深静脉血栓对产妇凝血功能的影响

Effect of prevention of deep vein thrombosis in lower limbs after cesarean section on coagulation function of parturient women

目的:研究下肢间歇性气囊加压(IPC)与低分子肝素(LMWH)等预防措施对剖宫产术后下肢深静脉血栓高危孕妇凝血功能的影响。方法:前瞻性随机对照研究111例有下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)的高危孕妇,术后使用IPC与LMWH预防,分析血常规、凝血功能、血栓相关指标及血栓发生率的变化。结果:应用IPC与LMWH预防后,抗凝血酶(AT-III)较术前显著升高(P<0.05),LMWH使术后血小板水平无明显下降(P>0.05)。结论:预防性使用IPC与LMWH可以改善高危孕妇术后的凝血功能,降低深静脉血栓的形成率。

Objective： To study the effects of intermittent pneumatic compression （IPC） and low - molecular - weight heparin （LMWH） on coagulation function of high risk parturient women with deep vein thrombosis （DVT） in lower limbs after cesarean section. Methods： One hundred and eleven high risk pregnant women with DVT were selected, then they were treated with IPC and LMWH after cesarean section, respectively ; the changes of routine blood test, coagulation function, related indexes of thrombosis, and the incidence of thrombosis were analyzed. Results ： After treatment, the level of AT - Ⅲ increased significantly （ P 〈 0. 05 ） , the level of platelet of the parturient women treated with LMWH didn＇t decrease significantly （ P 〉 0. 05 ） . Conclusion： Prophylactic application of IPC and LMWH can improve coagulation function of high risk parturient women after cesarean section, reduce the incidence of DVT.
