600例体检妇女阴道微生态环境与年龄关系的分析 被引量:9

Analysis on the relationship between vaginal microecosystem status and age among 600 women receiving physical examination

摘要 目的:分析不同年龄体检妇女阴道微生态环境变化规律。方法:对在深圳宝安区人民医院体检中心进行健康体检的600例妇女阴道分泌物进行微生态检测,检测指标包括清洁度、念珠菌、滴虫、阴道酸碱度(PH值)、唾液酸苷酶、白细胞酯酶、过氧化氢(H2O2)浓度。结果:19~50岁范围内各年龄组阴道微生态指标pH>4.5、唾液酸苷酶、白细胞酯酶及阴道清洁度(Ⅲ~Ⅳ°)阳性率随年龄增长逐渐上升,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),>50岁上述指标呈下降趋势,与上述各组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);念珠菌检出率亦随年龄增长呈下降趋势,但各组间差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:深圳市宝安区体检妇女阴道微生态环境与年龄呈正态分布,即31~50岁阴道微生态失调率明显高于19~30岁及>60岁组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。 Objective: To analyze the change regularity of vaginal microecosystem among the women of different ages receiving physical examination. Methods: The microecosystem of vaginal secretions of 600 women who received physical examination in physical examination center of the hospital was detected, the indexes included cleanliness, candida, trichomonad, vaginal pH value, neuraminidase, leukocyte esterase, and hydrogen peroxide concentration. Results: In 19 - 50 - year - old group, the positive rates of vaginal pH value 〉 4. 5, neuraminidase, leukocyte esterase, and cleanliness ( Ⅲ-Ⅳ° ) increased with age, there was significant difference ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; while in 〉 50 - year - old group, the above - mentioned indexes showed decreasing trends, there was significant difference ( P 〈 0. 05 ) ; the detection rate of candida showed a decreasing trend with age, but there was no significant difference ( P 〉 0.05 ) . Conclusion: The vaginal mi- croeeosystem and age of women in Baoan district receiving physical examination showed normal distributions, the imbalance rate of vaginal microecosystem of 31 -50 - year - old women was significantly higher than those in 19 - 30 - year - old women and 〉 60 - year - old women, there was significant difference ( P 〈 0.05 ) .
