摘要 为了研究硝酸铵和油混合膨化的热安全性,用非等温热失重(TG)和差热扫描(DSC)联用仪,在不同升温速率(β)下,测试了铵油混合膨化物热分解的起始温度和峰顶温度。用Ozawa法、atava-esták法和Kissinger法计算了铵油混合膨化物受热分解的化学动力学参数,并比较了在实际生产过程中的硝酸铵溶解温度、铵油混合膨化温度。结果表明,硝酸铵和油在混合膨化时具有良好的热安全性。 In order to study on thermal safety of mixed ammonium nitrate and oil expanding, the initial temperature and the maximum peak temperature of the thermal decomposition reaction of property of mixed ammonium and oil expanding have been determined by means of non-isothermal thermogravimetry (TG) and differential scanning calorimetry (DSC) at different heating rates. The kinetic parameters of the reaction for property of mixed ammonium and oil expanding have been counted using Ozawa method, Satava-Sestaik method and Kissinger method. In addition, it was compared with the dissolution temperature of ammonium nitrate and the temperature of mixed ammonium and oil expanding. The results show that mixed ammonium and oil expanding has a good thermal safety.
