铁板实验法研究消焰剂对煤矿许用炸药热分解特性的影响 被引量:2

Study on the Influence of Flame-cooling Agent on the Characteristic of Thermal Decomposition of Permitted Explosive for Coal Mine Using Iron-plate Experiment

摘要 本文采用铁板加热实验,对不同种类、不同含量的消焰剂以及不同加入方式在不同的温度下,对煤矿许用乳化炸药热分解特性的影响进行了研究。结果表明,将消焰剂加入到水相当中的煤矿许用炸药的发火延滞期一般随着消焰剂含量的增加而增加,随着温度的升高而缩短,而将消焰剂加入到乳化基质当中时,其发火延滞期产生了波动。当消焰剂的含量为6%且加入到水相当中时,含KCl的炸药比含NaCl的炸药更容易燃烧。 In this article, the influence of difference kinds and difference content of flame-cooling agent and difference adding manner on the thermal decomposition characteristics of permitted emulsion explosive for coal mine under different temperature using the sheet iron heating experiment were studied. Results showed that the ignition delay time of permitted emulsion explosive for coal mine was generally prolonged with the increase of the content of flame-cooling agent and shortened with the increase of the temperature when the flame-cooling agent was added into the water-phase of explosive, while the ignition delay time fluctuated when the flame-cooling agent was added into the emulsion matrix. The emulsion explosive containing 6% KC1 was easier combustion than that containing 6% NaC1 when the flame-cooling agent was added into the water-phase of explosive.
