摘要
对硅系延期药的湿混工艺改为水混工艺,采用水作为介质,取消湿混时钢球球磨工艺,提高成品延期药的纯度和均匀性,以达到改善雷管延期精度和提高延期药生产中本质安全度的目的。
The wet mixing process in silicon type delay composition was changed into the water mixing process using water as medium and canceling the ball milling process, which improved the product purity and uniformity of delay composition in order to improve the delay precision of detonator and enhance the essential safety in the production of delay composition.
