摘要
在乳化炸药产品硬化的诸多因素中,乳化剂的选择及乳化工艺是乳化炸药稳定性关键性因素。通过对乳化剂调整、乳化机选型与生产工艺条件等实际效果分析,得出选用混合乳化剂和合理控制乳化机转速工艺条件,能有效解决其储存过程中产品硬化的问题。
In many factors of causing emulsion explosive products hardening, emulsifying agent and emulsifying technique are the key factors affecting the stability of emulsion explosive. Through the analysis of the actual effect of adjusting emulsifying agent, selecting emulsifying machine, the production process conditions and so on, it concludes that the issue of products hardening during the storage process can be solved efficiently by selecting mixed emulsifier and reasonable control of the speed of the emulsifying machine.
