Impact analysis on sand mining management of Yangtze River in Jiangsu since implementation of management regulation

江苏受长江采砂活动影响十分严重,是采砂管理的重点地区。江苏全面贯彻落实《长江河道采砂管理条例》,创造性地开展工作,具有较强的典型性和代表性。深入分析《条例》对江苏长江采砂管理的作用和影响,有助于进一步完善《条例》,推动长江采砂管理工作的开展,也为全国河道采砂管理立法提供理论依据和实践参考。

Jiangsu Province, being affected heavily by sand mining actlwtles, is one ot major areas of sanu mining management in the Yangtze River. Great efforts have been made to implement the Management Regula- tions for Sand Mining in Yangtze River Courses by Jiangsu where has been set up as a typical example. In- depth analysis of impact of the management regulations on sand mining management in Jiangsu Province may re- sult in further improvement of the regulation and management, which also can provide a theoretical base and reference for legislation and practice of sand mining management of other rivers in China.
