The experience of regulation fusion in the United States, European Union, Japan, is worth drawing lessons from for our country. The basic ideas for Chinese regulation fusion is that, to adjust the regulatory framework step by step, to separate the content from the transmission, to classify the different content, to establish fusion regulatory mechanism, to cultivate the market mechanism, and to promote market competition.
