控制继电器在汽车灯具检测中的应用

The application of control relay in the automotive lamps detection

针对用单片机制作的配光性能稳定性试验点亮装置存在编程复杂、不同组合灯需要不同的控制程序、扩展性差等缺点,我院用"easy"控制继电器重新设计了一台该装置,新装置可通过面板操作设置时间继电器参数实现修改点亮方式,且具有操作简单、扩展性好等优点。

The recent light device with single chip operation, which using for testing the stability of photometric characteristics, has many disadvantages, such as, the complexity of programming, different combinations of light require different control procedures and poor scalability etc. Consequently, we have designed a new device by using ＂Easy＂ control delay, the new equipment can achieve many performance including to change the light way based on operating the time parameter of delay, it has many advantages, such as, simply operation, good scalability etc.
