成本控制在房地产开发企业管理中具有重要工作。为使企业在激烈市场竞争中占有绝对优势,保证企业健康稳定发展必须重视成本控制。文章针对北京市朝阳区某住宅小区一期开发项目工程来分析在招投标阶段对成本控制。实现房地产开发企业招投标阶段成本管理动态控制,为广大工作者提供一定参考意见。
Cost control in the management of real estate development enterprises has important work. Enterprises must focus on cost control in order to make an absolute advantage in the fierce competition, ensure their healthy and stable development. This article is to analyze the cost control of specific project for a real estate project of Chaoyang District in Beijing, to realize dynamic control of cost management of real estate development companies in bidding stage, providing some suggestions for the majority of workers.
